Rebekah Roper

Rebekah Roper is a seasoned professional in the retail industry, currently serving as Division Vice President and Merchandise Manager at The TJX Companies, Inc. since March 2018. Roper previously held various buyer roles, including All Channel Buyer for Women's Private Label, Modern, and Designer Shoes at Hudson's Bay Company, and Omni Channel Buyer for Men's Accessories, Outerwear, and Cold Weather at Saks OFF 5TH. Roper's career began at Saks Fifth Avenue, where extensive experience was gained in multiple buying and planning roles, managing notable brands such as Aquazzura, Stuart Weitzman, and Tory Burch. Additionally, Roper has contributed to the design and wholesale sectors at KEP Designs and TOMS Shoes, and has completed leadership development programs to prepare for higher-level management positions. Roper holds a B.A. in Philosophy and Religion from Gettysburg College and studied at Københavns Universitet.
