Roland Webber possesses extensive experience in the retail industry, currently serving as Divisional Vice President - Merchandise Manager for Ecommerce and for Ladies Outerwear & Swim at The TJX Companies, Inc. since February 2015. Prior to this role, Roland held various positions at TJX Canada/Winners Merchants International L.P. from December 2009 to February 2015, including Divisional Vice President for Ladies Apparel, Dresses, & Outerwear as well as Footwear, Handbags, and Ladies Accessories. Roland began a career in buying at Lord and Taylor from September 2004 to December 2009, focusing on Women's Modern & Contemporary Denim. Roland earned a BA in Economics from Bucknell University between 2000 and 2004.
