Tom Schuler

Tom Schuler has over 30 years of experience in training and development, currently serving as the Learning and Development Manager for the TJX Companies, Inc. since 2014, overseeing initiatives at the TJ Maxx Distribution Center in Evansville, IN, and the Marshalls Distribution Center in Atlanta, GA. Prior to this role, Tom held various positions at the TJ Maxx Distribution Center from 1987 to 2014, including Training Manager, Merchandise Control Manager, Training Specialist, and Operations Supervisor. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication from the University of Southern Indiana, which was completed between 1981 and 1985.
