Bryan Briscoe

Bryan Briscoe currently serves as the VP of Total Rewards and HR Operations for the Americas at TK Elevator, a role held since May 2024. Prior to this, Bryan held senior positions at Marriott International, first as SVP-Global Compensation and then as VP Global Compensation from March 2022 to May 2024. Additional experience includes serving as Sr Client Manager at Mercer, Chief People Officer at Childcare Network, Inc., and VP of Total Rewards at Interface. Bryan's extensive tenure at Marriott International spanned nearly nine years in various compensation roles. Earlier career experience includes work as a Compensation Consultant at Hewitt Associates and an Analyst at Waffle House. Bryan Briscoe earned an MBA from the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business and a BA in Political Science from Armstrong State University.
