Christoph Schlemmer

Christoph Schlemmer is currently the Head of HR at TK Elevator, where they oversee the HR department for the Hamburg escalator manufacturing plant, managing around 370 employees and leading a team of six direct reports. Previously, they served as the HR Manager and Head of Vocational Training at Grundfos, where they were responsible for all HR processes related to training and development at multiple German locations.
