H Y Liu

H Y Liu is an accomplished director in service operations with extensive experience in the elevator and maintenance industry. Currently serving as Director of Service at TK Elevator since June 2023, H Y Liu has established operating budgets and optimized resource allocation while ensuring effective maintenance and modernization activities. Previously, H Y Liu held various leadership positions at TK Elevator, including Director of Service Operations, where oversight of key accounts and compliance with regulations was prioritized. As a Senior Manager in Service for South East Asia, H Y Liu conducted site audits and provided training on safety regulations. Earlier roles included Senior Service Operations Manager at 通力 and Services Manager at Mitsubishi Elevators. H Y Liu holds an MSc in Engineering Management from City University of Hong Kong, a BEng in Electrical Engineering from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, and a Certificate in Occupational Safety and Health from SCOPE.
