Lance Powers is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in the elevator and healthcare industries. Currently serving as Director of Engineering at TK Elevator since February 2025, Lance previously held multiple roles at Otis Elevator Co. from 2015 to January 2025, including Program Manager and Senior Engineering Manager. Prior to that, Lance worked as an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer at GE Healthcare from 2013 to 2015 and spent seven years at ESAB as a Senior Engineer in Advanced Welding Technologies from 2006 to 2013.
