Nicola Beretta

Nicola Beretta has extensive experience in finance and operations management. Nicola currently serves as the VP of Finance at TK Elevator. Previously, they held the role of Chief of Staff at Insurify, where they supported the founder and CEO in various strategic initiatives. Prior to that, they were the VP of Finance, CFO North America at Vibram Group, where they led the OEM and consumer business strategies and collaborated with the executive team. Nicola also worked at Otis Elevator Co. as the Director of Digital Technologies and Operations Finance, Director of Operations Finance, and Manager of Financial Planning Analysis, where they played a key role in implementing the company's strategies and driving cost savings. Before that, they worked as Deputy General Manager and Manager of Administration, Finance and Control at De Nora Elettrodi (Suzhou) and as a Finance Controller at Barilla S.p.A. Early in their career, they gained experience as a Business Analyst Intern at McKinsey & Co. Nicola Beretta holds a Sloan Fellow '13 degree from MIT Sloan School of Management.

Nicola Beretta completed their Masters in Engineering, with a focus on Management, Economics, and Industrial Engineering, at Politecnico di Milano from 1995 to 2001. Nicola later pursued an MBA in the Sloan Fellows Program in Innovation and Global Leadership at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology from 2012 to 2013.
