Riccardo Siciliani

Riccardo Siciliani is a Strategy and Transformation leader with over 10 years of experience in driving strategic execution, mergers and acquisitions, and value creation for multinational organizations and private equity-backed environments. They currently serve as the Manager of Strategy and Transformation at TK Elevator, overseeing initiatives that have a €212 million EBITDA impact while leading strategic planning and execution across multiple countries. Previously, Riccardo held various roles, including Manager of Strategy and Value Creation at Lenovys and Program Manager in the Office of the CEO at Ingersoll Rand. They are also an Equity Partner at Lirecento, an innovative clothing brand, and have pursued advanced education at several prestigious institutions, including Harvard Business School and IESE Business School.
