Ricky Hinde

Ricky Hinde is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in change management, business analysis, and learning development within the telecommunications sector. Currently serving as a Change Manager for Strategy and Transformation at MTN since May 2021 and previously as a Business Analyst, Ricky has a solid background at Cell C, where roles included Senior Manager of Learning Development and National Key Account Manager (Franchise). Ricky has also held senior consulting positions with EPCS, contributing to the 3G launch for Econet Wireless Zimbabwe, and has experience in training management dating back to roles at Cell C and EPCS Consulting. An educator at heart, Ricky is continually enhancing expertise through various certifications, including a National Diploma in ODETDP and recognition as a Gamification Expert.
