Ryan Du has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Ryan most recently served as the Head of Compensation and Benefits, China at TK Elevator starting in April 2023. Prior to that, they were the Senior Director of Compensation and Benefits at 亿喜通科技 from January 2022 to April 2023. Before that, they held various roles at KONE, starting as the HR and Admin Director, China Frontline from November 2020 to January 2022, and then transitioning to the Head of Performance and Rewards, Greater China from October 2017 to October 2020.
