Sebastian Nowack is currently the Head of System Customer Management for TK Elevator Manufacturing in Europe and Africa. They began their career at ThyssenKrupp Mexinox S.A. de C.V. in 2008, where they were involved in the spinn-off IT department and ERP implementation. Between 2013 and 2016, Sebastian worked at ThyssenKrupp Elevator AG in Product Lifecycle Management and as a Project Manager. Prior to their current role, they served as the Head of Customer Service Center in Madrid from 2016 to 2019. Sebastian holds multiple degrees, including a Diplom Kaufmann in International Business from Fachhochschule Dortmund and a Bachelor in Marketing International from ESSEC Business School.
