Since 2016 with thyssenkrupp Elevator in various IT leadership positions.

Susan has more than 20 years of IT leadership experience in strategy, transformation, and business outcome delivery in various industries.

Born in Taipei, Taiwan, received executive master’s degree of business administration from Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University and Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
