Patrick Faulkner Jr.

Patrick Faulkner Jr. is an experienced professional in healthcare real estate development, currently serving as Sr. Partner for Healthcare Development at The Keith Corporation while also holding a partnership role focused on development, acquisitions, and leasing. In addition, Patrick acts as Treasurer for ReGroup Carolinas. Prior experience includes serving as Project Executive at Stantec, Vice President at PMR, Inc., and various roles emphasizing healthcare project management and owners' representation. Patrick holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and is also an alumnus of Charlotte Catholic High School and the Superior School of Real Estate.
