Evan Matzner

Evan Matzner has a diverse work experience in various roles within the real estate and development industry. Evan is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Agravitae, where they oversee large-scale development projects. Prior to this, Evan provided leadership for cannabis cultivation and extraction facilities in Southern California.

Before joining Agravitae, Evan was the Chief Operating Officer at TKO Farms, where they played a key role in acquiring the farm. Evan also has experience as an Owner of their own company and as a Sales Associate at Cornerstone Properties, where they handled farm and ranch sales.

Earlier in their career, Evan was a General Partner at Oliphant Matzner LLC, where they worked on all aspects of real estate development and construction. This included real estate acquisitions, design development, and construction of commercial properties, residential communities, and custom homes.

Throughout their career, Evan has demonstrated their expertise and leadership in the real estate and development industry.

From 1982 to 1983, Evan Matzner attended Fullerton Junior College, where they pursued General Studies. No degree was obtained during this period.
