Dean Garfield

Dean Garfield currently serves as Senior Vice President at TKO since June 2025. Previously, Garfield was the Vice President of Public Policy at Netflix from March 2019 to January 2025, where key contributions included advising CEOs during market fluctuations and successfully advocating for reduced regulatory risks and securing over $1 billion in incentives for content development. Prior to Netflix, Garfield was President and CEO of the Information Technology Industry Council (ITI) for a decade, transforming the organization into a leading global voice for the tech sector and significantly increasing membership and revenue. Additional experience includes serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Strategic Officer at the Motion Picture Association of America, Vice President of Legal Affairs at the Recording Industry Association of America, and a Litigation Associate at Kaye, Scholer, Fierman, Hays, & Handler. Garfield holds a Juris Doctor from New York University School of Law, a Master’s Degree in International Affairs and Public Administration from Princeton University, and a Bachelor’s Degree in English Language and Literature and Political Science from Middlebury College.
