Grant Norris-Jones

Grant Norris-Jones is an accomplished executive in the sports and entertainment industry, currently serving as Executive Vice President & Head of Global Partnerships at TKO Group Holdings, Inc. since December 2023. Previously, Grant held various leadership positions at the Ultimate Fighting Championship, including Senior Vice President, where operational and partnership strategies were developed across multiple global markets. Notable achievements included spearheading major partnerships and significantly driving revenue growth. Prior to UFC, Grant led strategic partnerships at FanDuel, negotiated key deals with prominent brands, and was involved in international business development with the National Basketball Association. Grant's educational background includes an MPhil in Psychology from the University of Cambridge and a B.A. in Psychology and International Relations from the University of Southern California.
