Fumiko was appointed director of Shinkin Development Co., Ltd. (currently APA Co., Ltd.), in 1980, she was appointed as director of APA Hotel Co., Ltd. After that, Fumiko became president of the company in 1994. In May 2021, Fumiko became a member of the board of the Company and continues to this day.
