Shingo Nishioka graduated from the Faculty of Law, Sophia University in 1992, joined Mitsui Construction Co., Ltd. (currently Sumitomo Mitsui Construction Co., Ltd.). In 1998, he joined Regus Japan Holdings Co., Ltd., and after working as the general manager of the development and management department in the Asian region, became the general manager of Regus Group Limited Japan and the representative director of Regus Japan Holdings Co., Ltd. He was appointed as a director of the Company in May 2019 and was appointed as COO of the board in March 2020.
