Melissa Salini LCSW, PPSC, is a dedicated social worker with extensive experience in case management and client support. Currently employed as a Masters Level Clinician at TLC Child and Family Services since August 2019, Melissa previously provided dynamic case management for displaced adults at COTS and social services. Prior to this, Melissa worked with homebound elder members of the Trans community at the San Francisco In-Home Supportive Services Public Authority, focusing on care plan creation, transportation coordination, and client advocacy. Melissa also has a background in program coordination and development for youth and community engagement through roles at The Boys & Girls Club of Marin and Next Generation, and has held leadership positions in the food service industry. Melissa holds a Master of Social Work from Humboldt State University and has earned several relevant certifications and degrees in social work and food services management.
