The Engineering and Design Department, comprise of 80 + staff providing a suite of architectural, mechanical, electrical and structural  engineering and project services disciplines.

TLC’s Modular products and construction services are now well known in the industry and regional markets.

The Project Management and Coordination Team at TLC Modular orchestrates and oversees all aspects of modular building projects. They ensure timely delivery, manage site operations, and collaborate with clients to meet high-quality standards. This team harmonizes efforts across engineering, design, and construction, ensuring projects adhere to international construction codes and client specifications. Their expertise and precise coordination are pivotal in delivering innovative and effective solutions.

Project Management and Coordination Team

The Leadership Team at TLC Modular is responsible for setting strategic direction, ensuring regulatory compliance, and overseeing financial and operational performance. This team includes the General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer, who manages legal affairs and compliance; the Chief Accountant, who oversees financial reporting and budgeting; the CEO, who drives overall company strategy and growth; and the Chief Estimator / Project Manager, who directs cost estimation and project management activities. Together, they ensure that the company's goals are met effectively, adhering to the highest industry standards in modular construction.
