MEP Engineering

The Project Management and Coordination Team at TLC Modular orchestrates and oversees all aspects of modular building projects. Project Management and Coordination Team

The Leadership Team at TLC Modular is responsible for setting strategic direction, ensuring regulatory compliance, and overseeing financial and operational performance. This team includes the General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer, who manages legal affairs and compliance; the Chief Accountant, who oversees financial reporting and budgeting; the CEO, who drives overall company strategy and growth; and the Chief Estimator / Project Manager, who directs cost estimation and project management activities. Together, they ensure that the company's goals are met effectively, adhering to the highest industry standards in modular construction.
