Brooklynn Urban

Brooklynn Urban has diverse experience in customer service and operations support. Currently serving as an Operations Admin Assistant at TLC Properties since December 2021, Brooklynn contributes to the operations department. Previously, as a Community Manager at Care.com from October 2019 to December 2021, responsibilities included providing childcare services, transportation, and assistance with household tasks. Brooklynn also worked as a Cashier/Line at Waterway Gas & Wash from November 2018 to October 2019, overseeing customer transactions and maintaining store cleanliness, as well as washing cars. Additional experience includes roles as a Hostess/Busser at Joey B's Manchester from September 2017 to November 2018, focusing on customer greeting and table maintenance. Brooklynn completed education at Parkway West High School, graduating in 2020.
