TLC Speech Therapy is a Boston-based private practice providing evidence-based assessment and treatment for speech, language, feeding, swallowing, and cognitive challenges. We serve children and adults in-person and online, offering therapy at home, school, daycare, or through telepractice. Our team includes certified speech-language pathologists (SLPs), Certified Brain Injury Specialists (CBISs), and Certified Lactation Counselors (CLCs).

We specialize in aphasia rehabilitation with Intensive Comprehensive Aphasia Programs (ICAPs) that combine individual and group services grounded in the principles of neuroplasticity. Guided by the Life Participation Approach to Aphasia (LPAA), we partner with clients and families to create meaningful, functional goals that support communication, confidence, and participation in daily life.
