Lindsey Bond

Lindsey Bond is a seasoned professional in the fields of venture capital, marketing strategy, and employer branding. Currently serving as the Director of VC and Agency Partnerships at TLDR since March 2025 and as the Founder of Pluto Ventures since February 2023, Lindsey leads initiatives focused on connecting start-ups with consumer markets and developing TikTok marketing strategies. Previously, Lindsey held significant roles at TikTok from October 2018 to March 2023, including Chief of Staff for Venture Capital Partnerships, where a successful Venture Capital Program was launched, and as the Global Employer Branding and Organizational Culture Lead, overseeing D&I initiatives. Lindsey's earlier experience includes advising on globalization for ByteDance and managing client reporting at Meltwater. Academic credentials include a Bachelor's Degree in Chinese Language and Literature from the University of Virginia and a certification from the McIntire Business Institute in Finance, Marketing, Management, and Accounting.
