Russell Fleming

Russell Fleming began their work experience in 2003 at IUS Ireland, where they served as a Commercial Manager until 2006. In 2007, they joined TLI Group as a Project Manager and later took on the role of Group Programme Director in 2017. From 2015 to 2019, Russell served as the Operations Director UK at TLI Group. In January 2019, they became the Smart Metering Project Director at TLI Group.

From 1994 to 1998, Russell Fleming attended Technological University Dublin, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Building Services Engineering.
