Emma Baillie

Emma Baillie has a strong background in sales and account management, with over 15 years of experience in the technology industry. Emma has held various roles at different companies throughout their career.

Emma began their career at Torex in 2004, where they worked as a Systems Trainer until 2007. Emma then joined MICROS as an Account Manager and held this position for six years, from 2007 to 2013. After that, they moved to MICROS Systems UK Limited, where they took on the role of Head of Account Management from November 2013 to October 2015.

In 2015, Emma joined TLM Technologies as an Account Manager, and they stayed with the company until 2019. During their time at TLM Technologies, they also served as a Product Launch Manager from 2017 to 2019. In September 2019, they were promoted to Solutions Manager, a role they held until March 2022.

Currently, Emma is working at TLM Technologies as the Solution Management Group (SMG) Director, a position they have held since March 2022.

Emma Baillie attended the University of Aberdeen from 2000 to 2004, where they pursued a Bachelor of Education (Hons) degree in Primary Education.
