Nataliya Fedchuk

Nataliya Fedchuk is an experienced Human Resources professional with a career spanning over 18 years. Currently serving as Regional Human Resources Manager at TLScontact since March 2017, Nataliya previously held key HR roles, including Head of Sector for expats support and International projects and Head of Grading and Salary Section at NIS Gazprom Neft from May 2012 to October 2015. Prior to this, Nataliya worked as a Compensation Benefits Manager at TNK BP from April 2008 to May 2012 and as a Compensation and Benefits Specialist at AES from March 2005 to April 2008. Nataliya holds an honors degree in Business Management and Human Resources Management from Rovenski Economics and Humanities International University, Ukraine, graduated between 1999 and 2004.
