Alice Gardner

Alice Gardner is a Corporate Partner at TLT since June 2007, with notable expertise in advising on significant corporate transactions, including a recent partnership for XPS Pensions Group valued at up to £42.5 million. Prior to this role, Alice Gardner served as a Corporate Associate at Slaughter and May from March 2003 to April 2007. Alice Gardner holds a Master of Arts degree in Law from the University of Oxford, completed in 2001, and has also completed the Legal Practice Course at the Oxford Institute of Legal Practice in 2002.
