Andrew Lyon

Andy is head of the Financial Services sector at TLT and coordinates the legal services provided to clients.

He specializes in complex financial services disputes including professional negligence and fraud claims, business and corporate recovery, product misselling claims, and bank security issues. Andy leads the FS Disputes team at our London office, as well as being our London location head.

Andy has experience in managing large projects for banks, often with a collaboration element with magic/silver circle firms and LPOs. He has been immersed in the FS sector for many years and acts as the client relationship manager for one of the firm's large banking clients.

Andy has also previously worked in-house as a senior claims solicitor acting on behalf of insurers and they're insured, defending high-profile professional indemnity claims. He is recognized used as an expert in the field of Professional Negligence by Chambers UK.

Andy qualified as a solicitor in 1993 and joined TLT in 2007.
