Andrew McCowan

Andrew McCowan is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in commercial property law. Currently serving as a Partner in the Scotland Real Estate group at TLT LLP since October 2018 and also as a Partner at Leslie Wolfson Solicitors since May 2014, Andrew McCowan specializes in a wide range of transactions for property investors, developers, landlords, and tenants. Prior experience includes a role as a Commercial Property Lawyer at Leslie Wolfson & Co Solicitors, where significant transactions included high-value purchases and sales, leasing, and secured lending. From 1993 to 1998, Andrew McCowan contributed as a Lecturer and Senior Lecturer in Law at the University of Paisley, focusing on Scots Law and course management.
