Ayla Skene

Ayla Skene is a senior regulatory lawyer with extensive experience in State aid, public procurement, EU law, international trade, and public law. Currently serving as a Partner and Of Counsel at TLT LLP since January 2020, Ayla previously held the position of Solicitor and Associate at Pinsent Masons and worked as a Consultant in EU, Competition, and Trade at Vario from Pinsent Masons. Experience also includes a role as a Solicitor at Highlands and Islands Enterprise and a Trainee Solicitor at Glasgow City Council. Ayla’s professional development is supported by a Diploma in Professional Legal Practice from the University of Edinburgh Law School and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the same institution. Further education includes studies at The London School of Economics and Political Science and Lexxion Training in Brussels.
