Charlie Rae

Charlie Rae is a seasoned employment law specialist currently serving as a Partner at TLT LLP since May 2024. Prior to this role, Charlie was a Partner at Shoosmiths from January 2012 to May 2024 and held various positions including Senior Associate, Associate, Solicitor, and Trainee Solicitor at Pinsent Masons from September 1999 to December 2011. Charlie Rae completed the Legal Practice Course at The University of Law in 1999 and earned a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Newcastle University in 1997.
