David Smithen

David Smithen is an accomplished Real Estate lawyer with a specialization in Property Development and a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Partner and Head of Development at TLT LLP since July 2007, David leads national property development initiatives, advising a diverse clientele that includes developers, investors, and public and private sector stakeholders. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Associate at Eversheds, Associate at Pinsent Masons, Senior Manager at Andersen Tax, and Solicitor at Gateley Plc, where David gained extensive expertise in urban regeneration, commercial and residential development, public sector projects, and development finance. Educationally, David holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from Chester Law School.
