Hannah Ward

Hannah Ward is a Managing Associate at TLT LLP, where Hannah advises local, national, and international clients on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, private equity investments, and company law since April 2022. Previously, Hannah worked as an Associate at Bevan Brittan LLP from October 2016 to April 2022, representing a variety of public and private sector clients in the Commercial and Infrastructure department. Hannah's early career included a role as a Charities Solicitor at Veale Wasbrough Vizards, where Hannah assisted charities with regulatory compliance, charitable mergers, and the establishment of new charities. Hannah holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from The University of Sheffield and completed the Legal Practice Course at the University of the West of England.
