Jon Hainey

Jon Hainey is a partner at TLT LLP since May 2018 and has previously held partner positions at DWF and Cobbetts LLP, where Jon led the commercial litigation team in Manchester. With extensive expertise in commercial litigation, Jon specializes in company law and insolvency disputes, focusing on areas such as shareholder disputes, breaches of fiduciary duties, restrictive covenants, warranty claims, and procurement challenges. Additionally, Jon serves as Vice President of the Manchester Law Society. Educational qualifications include a Law degree from the University of Warwick, completed at Chester College of Law, and earlier studies at Arnold School in Blackpool.
