Lucy Paton

Lucy Paton is an experienced professional in resourcing and recruitment, currently serving as a Senior Resourcing Manager at TLT LLP since October 2019. Prior roles include Head of Resourcing at Freemans Event Partners, Resourcing Manager at Obelisk Support, and various positions at Resource Solutions and Linklaters. Lucy has also worked as a Resourcing Partner at Barclays, and has experience in finance recruitment as a Finance Direct Recruiter and Consultant at AM Finance and Robert Walters, respectively. Lucy holds an MSc in Management from the University of Bath and a BSc in Biology from the University of Bristol.
