Nina Searle

Nina Searle is a corporate lawyer with extensive experience in corporate transactions, particularly in startups, mergers, acquisitions, disposals, corporate structuring, private equity, and venture capital. Currently serving as a Partner at TLT LLP since November 2015, Nina previously held the position of Senior Associate in the Corporate team at Veale Wasbrough Vizards LLP from March 2006 to October 2015, and began career as a Trainee/Assistant Solicitor at Birketts LLP from September 2003 to March 2006.
