Richard Houliston

Richard Houliston is a seasoned legal professional specializing in Banking and Restructuring, currently serving as a Partner at Mills Selig since April 2024. Houliston has held the position of Head of Banking and Finance for Northern Ireland at TLT since June 2021, where Richard has been a Partner since June 2014, having also started there as an Associate. Prior experience includes an Associate role in Banking and Finance at A&L Goodbody from November 2011 to May 2014, and an Associate position at SGH Martineau from September 2005 to October 2011.
