Roger Potgieter

Roger Potgieter is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in asset and motor finance litigation. Currently serving as a Partner in the Financial Services Disputes and Investigations Team at TLT LLP, Roger specialises in Asset Finance, Motor Finance, and Consumer Finance. Prior to this role, Roger was a Partner at Shoosmiths, leading the Asset and Consumer Finance team and focusing on motor finance litigation and related regulatory matters. Roger has also served as a Partner at DWF and Cobbetts LLP, honing expertise in banking and finance litigation. Early career experience includes a role as a Litigation & Recoveries Manager at GMAC and training as a solicitor at Lester Aldridge. Roger holds a BA LLB degree from the University of Cape Town.
