Shahar Tzafrir is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the venture capital and technology sectors. Currently serving as Managing Partner at TLV Partners since December 2017, Tzafrir previously held the position of General Partner at Magma Venture Partners from January 2013 to December 2017. Notably, Tzafrir was Executive VP for EMEA and VP of Engineering and General Manager in Israel at Digital Fuel before its acquisition by VMware, and served as VP of Engineering and Professional Services at Oblicore, Inc. following its acquisition by CA. As a founder and VP of Engineering at Federation Inc., Tzafrir contributed to the company's growth prior to its acquisition by Cordys. Early career experience includes engineering management and software development roles within the Israel Defence Forces. Tzafrir holds an LL.B. in Law from Ono Academic College and possesses credentials in software development from the IDF Mamram computer division.
