Michael Regan

Michael Regan is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in program and construction management. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and PM/CM Practice Leader at T&M Associates since June 2015, Michael Regan has been instrumental in establishing and growing the PM/CM practice, delivering high-quality services to diverse clients. Previously, Michael Regan held key roles such as Associate Vice President at The Louis Berger Group and Construction Program Executive at the Architect of the Capitol, where major projects like the Cannon House Office Building Renewal and Supreme Court Modernization were managed. Early career experience includes supervising significant projects at DC Water and Sewer Authority and serving as Project Manager at Hanifin Associates, contributing expertise in project management and construction contract analysis. Michael Regan holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from Monmouth University.
