Timothy H. Jenssen

Timothy H. Jenssen, AICP, currently serves as a Senior Staff Planner at T&M Associates, leveraging extensive experience in land use and planning. Previously, Jenssen was a Senior Land Use Planner for the City of Newark, where contributions included co-writing the Fairmount Commons Redevelopment Plan, managing the Newark Riverfront Park development, and directing the Small Business Emergency Grant Assistance Program. Jenssen’s career also includes roles at Rutgers University as a Research Assistant, an internship with the NYC Department of City Planning, and various positions in client account management and financial analysis. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from Rutgers University, alongside earlier degrees in International Business from Northeastern University and Universidad de las Américas Puebla.
