David Felts

David Felts has a vast work experience in the investment banking industry. David currently holds the position of Managing Director at TM Capital Corp. since January 2016, where they advise clients on various critical transactions. Prior to this, they served as a Managing Director at Brookwood Associates from October 2003 to January 2016, where they provided advisory services for mergers and acquisitions, financings, and bankruptcies/restructurings. Before this, they were a Managing Director and Co-Founder at Equity Capital Partners from January 1997 to September 2003. David started their career at Prudential Securities as a Director in January 1986 and remained there until December 1997.

David Felts received a Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce from the University of Virginia, where they studied from 1981 to 1986. David later pursued a Master of Management degree with a focus on Management at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, from 1989 to 1991.
