Jordan Cleare has extensive work experience in the finance and investment banking sectors. From 2012 to 2014, they worked at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey as an Analyst in Consumer & Retail Investment Banking. During their time there, they were involved in various high-value credit facility deals for companies such as Otter Holdings LLC, Kate Spade, Inc., Aaron's, Inc., and Diamond Foods, Inc.
In 2014, Cleare joined IHG - InterContinental Hotels Group as part of the Strategy & Corporate Development team, where they worked until 2015.
From 2015 onwards, Cleare joined TM Capital Corp. as a Vice President. In this role, they played a key part in multiple acquisitions and debt financing deals for various portfolio companies. Examples include the acquisition of Minuteman Security & Life Safety by Tenex Capital Management, the acquisition of Safemark Systems by ASSA ABLOY, and the debt financing of a Specialty Consumer Finance Company with leading financial institutions.
Cleare also worked on other notable transactions, such as the acquisition of UMA Enterprises, Inc. by The Tokarz Group Advisors, the acquisition of The Railroad Associates Corporation by American Track Services, and the acquisition of FireKing Security Group by Cennox.
Throughout their career, Cleare has demonstrated expertise in investment banking, corporate development, and financial transactions. Jordan holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, which they pursued from 2017 to 2019.
Jordan Cleare attended The University of Georgia from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree. Their field of study during this time focused on finance and economics. Later, from 2017 to 2019, Jordan pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Their studies at Booth covered various fields including finance, accounting, entrepreneurship, and economics.
