Marc Littlefair is an experienced technology operations leader with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Head of Tech Operations at tmGroup (UK) ltd. since September 2025, Marc has previously held significant roles including Head of IT at GoCardless from February 2022 to August 2025, and IT Services Manager at Boston Scientific between August 2016 and January 2022. Early career experiences at Landmark Information Group involved various positions including Service Delivery Manager and Technical Support roles from April 2000 to December 2015. Additional expertise was gained as a Contractor from May 1997 to March 2000 and as a Support Technician at Montgomery Watson from July 1995 to December 1996. Marc holds an NVQ in Information Technology from Aylesbury Training Group and completed education at Holmer Green Upper School.
