Evangelista Grace

Evangelista Grace has extensive experience in IT services and application development, currently serving as Assistant Manager CRM & IT Services Delivery and Assistant Manager Application Development at TM One since May 2021. Key responsibilities include performing technical reviews, development, maintenance, and testing of business enhancement projects, along with preparing functional design specifications. Notable projects include configuring a web server for ICEMS Data Retention, leading a team in TM Botathon 2022 to develop an RPA that enhances efficiency in CRM ticket assignment, and supporting the SmartSys-CaMSys integration. Prior experiences include a role as TM Executive Industrial Trainee at Telekom Malaysia and a software internship at Radica Software. Evangelista holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, specializing in Software Engineering from Multimedia University and a foundation degree from Universiti Tenaga Nasional.
