Koen Klein

Koen Klein has extensive experience in logistics and transportation, currently serving in terminal operations and chain cooperation at TMA Logistics since February 2021. Klein completed a thesis on the opportunities and challenges of digitizing terminal operations, achieving a grade of 9. Prior to this role, Klein undertook an internship at TMA Logistics as a student, conducting research on the layout of container terminals in Velsen-Noord and Amsterdam while also gaining experience as a transport planner and gate employee. Previously, Klein worked as a truck driver for Van Straalen de Vries Transport B.V. and assisted in transport planning during an internship at Hessing Supervers, focusing on quality management. Klein holds a degree from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, along with a minor in purchasing and sales, and completed earlier education at ROC Horizon College and RSG Enkhuizen.
