Hoa Nguyen

Hoa Nguyen (Fiona) has extensive work experience in the field of software testing and quality assurance. Hoa has worked at TMA Solutions since 2012, starting as a Software Engineer and progressing to the role of Senior Engineer. Hoa then took on the position of Team Lead, where they managed a SCRUM team and fulfilled both QA and BA responsibilities. Their duties included clarifying requirements, discussing with customers, designing test cases, and executing functional tests. Hoa also gained experience in automation testing, where they designed test scripts and utilized C# and SQL Studio Management. Additionally, they have received certifications in project management and agile methodologies. Prior to joining TMA Solutions, Hoa worked as a QA Engineer at FPT Online, where they conducted end-to-end tests for various online products.

Hoa Nguyen (Fiona) obtained a Bachelor of Computer Science degree in IT from Ton Duc Thang University, where they studied from 2007 to 2011.
