Amir-Hossein Tamaddon

Amir-Hossein Tamaddon is an R&D Program Manager at imec via TMC science & technology, overseeing advanced patterning programs in collaboration with ASML since March 2023. Previously, Amir-Hossein served as an R&D Project Manager at imec from November 2019 to March 2023, managing projects related to advanced lithography and patterning applications. Amir-Hossein has extensive experience in defect inspections and lithography processes, having worked as a project leader at TMC since February 2017 and at imec prior to that. Amir-Hossein's academic background includes a PhD candidacy in Materials Science at KU Leuven, an MSc in Semiconductor Technology from the University of Tehran, and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Research experience includes a focus on defect formation mechanisms and the development of MEMS and thin film transistors on flexible substrates.
